Kim Campbell

MS, LCMHCA

OCD & Anxiety Disorder Therapist

Kim earned her Master of Science in Counselor Education from East Carolina University and is also a Licensed School Counselor. Her background in both clinical mental health and school counseling has provided her with valuable experience supporting individuals through emotional, behavioral, and personal challenges. Having spent several years working in a school setting, Kim brings a strong understanding of the ways anxiety, stress, and other mental health concerns can affect daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.

At the OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center, Kim is excited to build upon her counseling experience in a specialized clinical environment. She is passionate about helping individuals better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical strategies to navigate anxiety, uncertainty, and life's challenges. Her experience working with children and adolescents remains an important part of her professional background, while her commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care extends to clients of all ages.

Kim has always been fascinated by human behavior and the ways people think, feel, and respond to the world around them. Her interest in psychology and genuine desire to help others naturally led her to a career in counseling. She believes in the importance of creating a supportive, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring their concerns. Kim values the opportunity to help individuals recognize their strengths, develop greater self-awareness, and make meaningful progress toward their personal goals.

Outside of counseling, Kim is an avid reader with a growing personal library. She especially enjoys thrifting for used books and discovering new additions to her collection. She also loves gardening and spending time caring for her plants.
